ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve and award a contract for bid number 2021-094 Cement Stabilized Sand Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND
On February 18th and February 25th of 2021 a notice to bidders was published and bid packets were sent out to local area vendors.
Bids were then received and opened on March 9, 2021. The lowest responsible is JDB Services Inc., in Pasadena Texas.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award a contract for the bid number, 2021-094 Cement Stabilized Sand Annual Contract, to JDB Services, Inc. for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
