ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approval and award of the annual contract for Bid # 2021-097 Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Curb Inlet, Catch Basin, and Joint Sealer Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND
On March 25, 2021, the request for bidders was published in the local paper and bid packets were mailed out. Bids were opened on April 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.. The only responsible bidder was South Houston Concrete Pipe Company.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award the annual contract for Bid # 2021-097 Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Curb Inlet, Catch Basin, and Joint Sealer Annual Contract to South Houston Concrete Pipe Company for the unit prices bid, and that the Mayor is authorized to execute this contract on behalf of the City Commission.
