ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve and award an annual contract to Texas Fueling Services for bid # 2021-104 Oils and Lubricants Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND
A request for bidders was advertised on June 29, and July 06, 2021 and bid packets were sent to local area vendors.
Four bids were received. The two lowest bidders bid several items that did not fit the criteria set forth in the bid documents.
A bid tabulation and letter of recommendation are attached for your review.

ANALYSIS
As two of the bidders bid non-compliant items, the next lowest responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Texas Fueling Services, Inc.. It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award this bid to Texas Fueling Service, Inc. and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
