Consider approval of a Development Agreement between the City and 418 Southlake, LTD. (Engineering & Planning)
BACKGROUND
The Development Agreement is intended to be a supplement to the PUD Zoning. There are provisions for the developer to create deed restrictions, home-builders will need to provide masonry exteriors to follow the City's current requirements, the developer will make a payment to the city of $250,000 for municipal facilities that benefit the development, and there is a requirement for underground utilities, similar to what is being provided in Lago Mar and other developments. Staff has reviewed the Development Agreement for Southlake and have no objections to approval.
