ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve the purchase of multiple pieces of ground clearing equipment from Shoppa's John Deere via Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative contract #110719-JDC (PG 1P CG 70).
BACKGROUND
Multiple units on one purchase order as follows:
(2) John Deere 5100M Utility tractors (replacing unit 22116 and unit 73361) $135,207.54
(1) John Deere R15 Flex wing rotary cutter (new) $ 21,577.92
(1) John Deere 333G Compact Track Loader (replacing unit 3729) $ 74,586.12
(1) John Deere MH60/D Mulching Head (for 333G track loader) $ 31,825.80
$263,197.38 Total
Funds have been made available in the 2021/2022 Capital Equipment Replacement Fund. The delivering dealer will be Shoppa's John Deere via Sourcewell Contract No. 1107-JDC(PG 1P CG 70).
