ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Gamma Construction Company, Inc. for the Construction Manager at Risk for Fire Station #4 and New Police Substation.
BACKGROUND
On October 14, 2021, and October 21, 2021, the Request For Proposal for Construction Manager at Risk for Fire Station # 4 and the Police Substation was advertised and proposal packets were mailed out.
Proposals were accepted and opened on November 19, 2021 at 10 A.M.. The proposals were evaluated and scored with Gamma Construction Company, Inc., having the highest score.
The Selection Criteria Point Tabulation, Design Rendering, and Letter of Recommendation are attached for your review and consideration.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Gamma Construction Company, Inc. for the Construction Manager at Risk for Fire Station # 4 and the Police Substation on behalf of the City Commission.
