ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)

Approve the execution of a purchase order for GrantWorks Inc. for the grant administration services of the 7th Avenue Drainage Project.

BACKGROUND

The City entered into an agreement with GrantWorks for the administration of our CDBG-MIT funds under Resolution 20-071. The 7th Avenue Drainage Project is part of this grant. GrantWorks total sum for this part including the environmental fee is $912,755.00

ANALYSIS

It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a resolution authorizing this purchase with GrantWorks, Inc., for administrative services for the 7th Avenue Drainage Project.
