ACTION REQUEST
Consider and take action regarding the update to the Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan and Impact Fees for Water & Sewer Utitilies.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
A general overview of the entire Capital Recovery Plan with specific detailed information about the Land-Use Assumptions (anticipated growth), and the Capital Improvements Plan (facilities needed to serve growth) including existing facilities with reserve or excess capacity available to serve growth.
RECOMMENDATION
On Monday, August 15, 2022, the Citizen Advisory Committee voted unanimously to recommend to the City Commission adoption of the Land-Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and water and wastewater impact fees as presented by ARKK Engineering.
