Approve and award a contract for Bid # 2022-024 Right - Of - Way Tree Trimming Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
On August 8th and 18th of 2022, the Notice to Bidders was advertised in the local area newspaper and bid packets were sent out to local area vendors. Bids were received and opened on August 30, 2022 at 2 p.m..
The lowest responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Sequoia Tree Experts, LLC. A bid tabulation is attached for your review.

RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award the Bid # 2022-024 Right - Of - Way Tree Trimming Annual Contract to Sequoia Tree Experts, LLC., for the unit prices bid, and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
