ACTION REQUEST
Approve the use of Arnold Oil, via BuyBoard contract # 629-20, as the vendor for this contract.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
As our annual purchases for this contract exceed $50,000.00, we feel it necessary to bring this matter before the City Commission. A letter of recommendation is attached for you review.
RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to use Arnold Oil Company via the Buyboard Contract # 629-20, as our primary vendor for our annual oil and lubricant needs. Thank you.
