ACTION REQUEST
Approve and execute and engineering agreement with ARKK Engineer, LLC.for the Water Line Replacement Project - Phase 20.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
ARKK Engineers, LLC.has submitted an Agreement for Services for the engineering services for the Water Line Replacement Project - Phase 19 totaling $209,950.00. This project is in the 2022-2023 Budget. A copy of the agreement is attached for your review.
RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Services with ARKK Engineers, LLC.for the Water Line Replacement Project - Phase 20 for the engineering services from the design phase through all construction phases. It is further recommended that the Mayor be authorized to execute change orders, not to exceed 25% of the total amount of the initial agreement, without going before the Commission.
