ACTION REQUEST
Approve the execution of an engineering agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC., for the Lift Stations 21 and 25 Rehabilitation Project.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
ARKK Engineers, LLC. has submitted an Agreement For Services, for the engineering services necessary for the Lift Stations No.21 and 25 Rehabilitation Project, not to exceed $186,826.00. Funds are made available for this project in the City of Texas City 2022/2023 Annual Budget. A copy of this agreement is attached for your review.
RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that the City Commission approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement For Services with ARKK Engineers, LLC. on behalf of the City Commission for the Lift Stations No. 21 and 25 Rehabilitation Project. Thank you.
