ACTION REQUEST
Commission receives the final utilization and staffing study from Matrix Consulting Group.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
Last year a study was approved by City Commission in reference to the staffing and utilization of the police department. Several consulting companies submitted proposals, the proposals were narrowed down to three finalists by a committee, and Matrix Consulting Group was ultimately chosen. After months of collaboration with the police department, the final report has been completed and is ready for presentation.
RECOMMENDATION
Police Administration recommends the report be accepted by the City Commission.
