ACTION REQUEST
Consider and take action on Resolution No. approving and awarding Bid 2023-007 Emergency Pharmaceuticals, Medical Supplies and Equipment.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
On April 13, 2023, and April 20, 2023, the Notice to Bidders was published in the Galveston Daily Newspaper, the bid packets were sent out to vendors. Bids were opened on May 4, 2023, at 2:00pm. The lowest responsible bidder meeting all the specifications in accordance with the instructions to Bidders: Item 1.8 Basis of Award, is Lift Assist.

RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of Fire Chief David Zacherl and EMS Administrator, Captain Wendell Wiley to award Bid # 2023-007 Emergency Pharmaceuticals, Medical Supplies and Equipment Annual Contract, for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
