Approve and award RFP # 2023-009 Temporary Employment Services Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
On May 18, 2023, and May 25, 2023, the notice to bidders was published in the Galveston Daily News. Bid packets were sent out to vendors at that time. The Proposals were opened on June 8, 2023, at 2:00 pm. The lowest responsible proposal was Amass Solutions LLC of Houston, Texas.

RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of Human Resources Director Jennifer Price to award RFP 2023-009 Temporary Employment Services Annual Contract, to Amass Solutions LLC of Houston, Texas, for the hourly/billing rates proposed and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission. Funding is available in various department budgets for temporary personnel fees as needed.
