ACTION REQUEST
Approve the execution of an engineering service agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC., from Houston, Texas, Rehabilitation of the 14th Street 250,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank and the 32nd Street 500,000 Gallon Ground Storage Tank Project.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
ARKK Engineers, LLC has submitted and Agreement for Services, for the engineering services for the City of Texas City's Rehabilitation of the 14th Street 250,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank and the 32nd Street 500,000 Gallon Ground Storage Tank Project, for the total amount of $83,630.00. This will include the design, bid, and construction phases. Funds are made available in the City of Texas City 2022 / 2023 Annual Budget.

RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement for Services with ARKK Engineers, LLC. for the Rehabilitation of the 14th Street 250,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank and the 32nd Street 500,000 Gallon Ground Storage Tank Project, on behalf of the City Commission.
