ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 15-041, approving the execution of an Engineering Agreement with ARKK Engineering, for the 2015 Street Improvement Project.
BACKGROUND
ARKK Engineers has submitted an Agreement For Services for the engineering services of the 2015 Street Improvement Project, design phase for a total amount of $382,050.00, and the construction phase for the total amount $288,725.00

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a resolution authorizing the execution of the Agreement For Services with ARKK Engineers for the 2015 Street Improvement Project, for the design phase and construction phase totaling $670,775.00
