To appoint Brandon Brooks to the Texas City Economic Development Corporation to fill a vacancy.

In November 2024, Teresa Poston submitted her resignation from the Texas City Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors.
Mr. Brooks submitted a Boards and Commissions application to the City Secretary's Office, which is attached for review. There is no fiscal impact for this item.
