Commission approval for entering into a contract for portable toilet services with Smooth Move for the pricing shown in Exhibit A.  Funding for the project is provided for in the Sanatation Departmental budget.

The objective of the Invitation to Bid was to obtain a qualified firm to provide rental services of Portable Toilets City Wide. Solicitation packages were received from six (6) qualified agencies. Please refer to Exhibit A for the bid tabulation.

The Purchasing Department recommends awarding the contract to Smooth Move. They provided the most complete response for the required services, including attachments, appendices, references, as well as they are able to offer the City of Texas the best overall value. This vendor has exceptional experience in servicing municipalities.
