Consider and approve the award of the contract for Housing Reconstruction 32536 to A.M.S. Construction in response to ITB 2025-470.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
This contract was originally awarded to Dale Construction and Renovation, LLC. Unfortunately, procurement requirements could not be met. A.M.S. Construction is the lowest bidder.
RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Mayor and the Director of Community Development & Grants Administration that this contract be awarded to A.M.S. Construction.
