Consider and take action granting a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Greenscapes Six and HILD Foundation to provide mowing services for all established grasses, vegetation, and general property clean-up as requested by Neighborhood Improvement Services and the Director of Municipal Services.

We received sealed bid solicitation packages from four (4) qualified respondents on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. for mowing services related to Code Enforcement nuisance abatement. The current agreement has expired, and a new contract is required.

After careful review and thorough vetting, we have selected the two (2) lowest bidders—Greenscapes Six and HILD Foundation—for the award. Both vendors submitted complete and compliant bid packages, offered competitive and comparable pricing, and provided verifiable references.
The proposed contract term is three (3) years, with the option for two (2) additional one (1) year renewals, subject to performance and need.
