ACTION REQUEST
Commission approval of Trees LLC to provide Right of Way Vegetation Management services along streets and alleys, preventing damage to higher profile vehicles and dangerous overgrowth causing limited traffic visibility.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
The objective of this ITB was to obtain a qualified firm to handle Right of Way Vegetation Management along streets in areas. The bids for the project ran for the required 14 days, with 2 advertisements in the Daily News, as well as online with
Beacon and the City of Texas City website. We only received 1 solicitation packet. See Exhibit A for Purchasing Letter of Recommendation and Bid Tabulation

RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a contract with Trees LLC for Right of Way Vegetation Management.
