Resolution appointing Laura Boyd as the Finance Director for the City of Texas City.
BACKGROUND
Whereas, Laura Boyd has served as Interim Director of Finance since February 15, 2010; and
Whereas, the chief executive officer would like to appoint Laura Boyd as Director of Finance with the confirmation of the City Commission effective July 7, 2010.
