Consider approval of Resolution No. 10-079 authorizing the Mayor to execute a Lease Agreement between the City of Texas City and T-Mobile West Corporation to lease a tract of land and install one (1) Wireless Communication Tower located within the park at Carlos Garza Sportsplex.

T-mobile has a need to enhance services in this area of Texas City.  Contract is same as Tarpey Park.  It is a Mono Pole (except this is a field light pole, not a flag pole).  The location is Northwest Corner of Carlos Garza Park where we need future field lighting.  It is a 150' tall pole with base facility 40 x 60 ft. area with solid fencing.  Lighting would be at 75 ft.
of height.  Two (2) year s up front, five (5) year term, payment of $1,500.00 a month.  T-mobile will maintain lighting on the poles.
