ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City's fiscal year 2009/2010 budget.
BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed to show the correct amount received for the Certificates of Obligation issued in January 2010. The original adopted budget indicated the amount received and allocated to the service centers project as $1,500,000. The amount should have been $2,500,000.
