ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
City Staff is requesting that the City Commission hold a public hearing to input for the creation of a Tax Reinvestment Zone near the northwest intersection of I-45 and Century Blvd. The purpose of the Tax Reinvestment Zone is to allow the City the opportunity to enter into a Tax Abatement with Del Papa Realty Holdings, LP to relocate their Galveston facility to Texas City.
