ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City's fiscal year 2010/2011 budget.
BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed to carry forward funding for the Waterline Improvements Project-Phase 10 which was originally funded in the 2009/2010 adopted budgeted for a total budget of $2,000,000.
