ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City's fiscal year 2010-11 budget.
BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed to appropriate Texas City Economic Development Corporation (TCEDC) funds for construction of a building at the biosphere and improvements to the biosphere complex. This appropriation was approved by the TCEDC board at their meeting held March 16, 2011.
