Request Ordinance amending Chapter 94 Second Hand Goods, Article II, Junk Dealers, Division 1. Generally. Section 94-31. Definitions and Division 2. License.  The current Ordinance requires approval by the City Commission for all second hand goods permits.  The revised Ordinance clarifies that the Chief of Police can authorize issuance of a permit.  In the event the Chief disapproves the permit, the applicant may then seek approval through the City Commission.  Additionally, items of clothing and household goods have been added to the list of  items defining second-hand goods.  (Police Department)
