Resolution affirming consent to the First Amendment  for the Lago Mar Commercial Property, more specifically, original Covenant, Conditions, and Restrictions as formulated for the initial PUD approval that was granted.

As the Commission will recall  the Land Tejas Special District /PUD was approved in 2007.  The original declaration requires City consent to any amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for Lago Mar Commercial Property.  Moving forward the City has agreed to the minor change cited in the ""Regional Retail Design Guidelines" reference Item #7 (Section 6.2).
