ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Discuss and take action on criteria for judging scholarship and consider selection of scholarship winner.
BACKGROUND
At the last meeting, it was discussed that prior to receiving the scholarships that some "weight" be added to each criteria to better define who is the best applicant for the scholarship. This item is to decide what type of percentage of the overall rating should be applied to each criterion.
