ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approval of Resolution 08-XX appointing Clemon Prevost to Position 2 of the Board of Directors of the Lago Mar Development Authority for a term beginning on the date of adoption and ending on December 31, 2008.
BACKGROUND
City Commission approved Resolution No. 07-84 creating the Lago Mar Development Authority and with such approval, approved the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws for the Lago Mar Development Authority which appointed seven (7) Board Members. Position 2 was appointed temporarily until another member could be appointed.
ANALYSIS
City Commission should appoint Clemon Prevost to Position 2 of the Board of Directors of the Lago Mar Development Authority.
