We need to draft an ordinance to permanently rezone property for Wyatt Real Estate to rezone from “A” (Single Family Residential) to “O-P" (Office professional) to construct an office building.   Being Lot 9, 10, Blk. 12, Kohfeldt’s Heights Addition.  Located at 1005 21st St. No.  This was previously approved by both the Zoning and City Commissions.  A building permit has been issued and the ordinance permanently rezone the property should now be done.

This rezoning request was given approval by the Zoning Commission on July 19, 2005 and the City Commission on August 17, 2005.  The applicant has received extensions on the rezoning to keep it current.  The building permit has been issued and we are now ready to move forward with the ordinance to permanently rezone the property.
