ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Need an ordinance to permanently rezone property for: Aristidis John Pontikas request to rezone from “A” (Single Family Residential) to “A-2" (Zero Lot Line Residential) to construct 2 single family residential homes. Being Lots 7,8 Block 7, Kohfeldt Heights Addition. Located in the 2100 block of 13th Avenue North. A building permit has been issued and these properties are now ready for permanent rezoning.
BACKGROUND
These properties were previously given rezoning approval by both the Zoning Commission and City Commission. A building permit has been issued for the properties and they are now ready for the ordinance to permanently rezone them. Aristidis John Pontikas request to rezone from “A” (Single Family Residential) to “A-2" (Zero Lot Line Residential) to construct 2 single family residential homes.
