ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Century Asphalt Ltd., in Baytown, for the unit prices bid per ton.
It is my recommendation to award the 6 mos. Annual Contract for Delivered Hot Mix Asphalt to Century Asphalt Ltd. and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
