Approve Resolution No. 08-107 approving the purchase of 500 Visa gift cards in the amount of $100.
BACKGROUND
In lieu of Chamber Bucks, the City will be giving each employee (Full-time & Part-Time) a $100.00 visa gift card. The cards are the same as cash and can be used at the choice of the employee. These are given to all full-time and part-time City employees as an incentive for continued outstanding customer service and performance. The total cost for the cards is $50,975, which includes 500 cards @ $100 plus a $1.95 per card activation charge.
