Request for ordinance to permanently rezone property for Bharat Patel from "A" (Single Family Residential) to "E" (General Business). Being part of Lot 1, Blk. 2 Lot 5, Blk. 2 Lot 6, Blk. 2, S/d "E", Kohfeldt's Re-S/d. Located at Hwy. 146 and 36th Street.
BACKGROUND
This rezoning request was previously given approval by the Zoning Commission on April 15, 2008 and by the City Commission on May 21, 2008. A building permit has been issued for the construction to begin and this property is now ready for permanent rezoning.
