Practice hosting City Commission meetings telephonically


 

This is a practice session.  I would advise everyone to do both the computer link and the phone call in with ID.
No official action will be taken.  This is strictly a practice so that we can minimize or avoid any errors on the night's of our meetings.
No one will be in the Commission Chambers except for key staff and possibly the mayor.  Please respond from any location.  If you are at City Hall, we may ask that you go to the lobby or some other office to insure we maintain the 10 person or less rule.  Wifi would be helpful with your computers and the secure wifi would be advised.
