ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)

A resolution approving the increase of services to janitorial contract adding two locations.

BACKGROUND

After reviewing and discussing current janitorial service contract with Kyle Dickson, City Attorney we have agreed to request the approval of City Commission to increase the quantity of janitorial services by resolution to add two facilities to the 2018-038 Annual Contract for Janitorial Service Bid Form, paragraph 6.. A Letter of Agreement will need to be executed  between the City of Texas City and CS Janitorial Services.

The two locations are as follows:

Texas City Emergency Management Building at 33rd Street North, Texas City
Texas City Police Department Sub-Station at 10000 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway, Texas City
