BACKGROUND
The 2021-406 Blower and Fine Screen Improvements at WWTP request for bidders was published on May 14, 2021, and again on May 21, 2021. Bids were received and opened on June 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m..
The lowest responsible bid meeting all qualifications was received from C3 Constructors, LLC. for the total amount of $1,125,120.00.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department and ARKK Engineers, LLC., that the City Commission award the contract for this project to C3 Constructors, LLC. for the total bid amount of $1,125,120.00 and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
The Public Works Department further recommends that the Mayor be authorized to approve any change orders , not to exceed 25% of the total contract amount, without bringing the matter before the City Commission.
