ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Review and approval of the General Plan Revision for Central Park South. Being 109.73 acres of land out of the W. K. Wilson Survey. Located on Century Blvd, north of Mainland City Centre and west of Lone Trail Village, Scottsdale Estates and South Point Estates Section 2.
BACKGROUND
The General Plan revision request came before the Planning Board on Monday, July 20, 2021. After hearing all information and staff recommendations, the Planning Board unanimously granted approval of the request to revise the General Plan.
