ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Authorize the purchase of One (1) 2000 GPM E-One Typhoon Pumper, with foam capability, from Lone Star Emergency Group in the amount of $671,899.00. This apparatus is being purchased through the H.G.A.C. Buy Program.
BACKGROUND
Proposed apparatus is currently funded in the FY21-22 budget as authorized by Ordinance 21-21 and is intended to replace a 2007 2250 GPM E-One Cyclone Pumper.
ANALYSIS
All contracts available to members of HGAC Buy Program have been awarded by virtue of a public competitive procurement process compliant with state statutes.
