ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Authorize the purchase of Two (2) Staff Units for the fire department from Silsbee Ford in the amount of $88,579.50 through the GoodBuy Purchasing Cooperative Contract Program.
BACKGROUND
Funds are available in the FY21-22 Fire Capital Equipment Replacement Fund to replace Two (2) Staff Units.
ANALYSIS
All contracts available to members of GoodBuy Purchasing Cooperative Contract Program have been awarded by virtue of a public competitive procurement process compliant with state statutes.
