ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve the execution of an engineering agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC., for the engineering and construction phases of the Fire Station #4 and Police Substation Project.
BACKGROUND
ARKK Engineers, LLC. has submitted an "Agreement for Services" for the engineering and construction phases of the "Fire Station #4 and Police Substation Project" in the amount of $108,753.00.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the "Agreement for Services" with ARKK Engineers, LLC, on behalf of the City Commission for the engineering and construction phase services for the City of Texas City's "Fire Station #4 and Police Substation Project".
