BACKGROUND
The City advertised for Statement of Qualifications under RFQ 2022-411 for engineering services for specific public works projects funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP Act) Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CSLFRF). Deadline for submission was Thursday, November 18, 2021. The City received proposals from the following: A&S Engineers, Inc., ARKK Engineers, LLC, and TLC Engineering.
The received proposals were reviewed by the city's Selection Review Committee on December 8, 2021.
