ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve the execution of a purchase order for ARKK Engineers, LLC., for the engineering services of the 34th Street Drainage Project.
BACKGROUND
The City entered into an agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC. for the administration of our CDBG-MIT funds under Resolution 20-081. The 34th Street Drainage Project is part of this grant. ARKK Engineers, LLC.'s total sum for this part is $186,279.00.
This project will replace failing slope paving and re-establish the ditch banks.
Funds are made available through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) - Disaster Recovery Mitigation, for this project. for this project.
