ACTION REQUEST
Approve and award the contract for bid # 2022-020 Liquid Asphalt - Transport Load.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
The bid was advertised on June 7th and June 14th of 2022 and bid packets were sent to local area vendors. Bids were opened on June 22, 2022 at 10 a.m. The lowest responsible bidder meeting all requirements was received from Cleveland Asphalt Products, Inc.

RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award the annual contract for Bid # 2022-020 for Liquid Asphalt-Transport Load, to Cleveland Asphalt Products, Inc. in and authorize the Mayor to execute the contract on behalf of the City Commission.
