ACTION REQUEST
Approve the execution of an engineering agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC. to provide engineering and construction phase services for the Fire Station # 4 and Police Substation Sanitary Sewer Project.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
This project will include the engineering and construction phase services needed for the installation of a 10 inch sanitary sewer line to service the proposed Fire Station # 4 and Police Substation scheduled to be under construction shortly. ARKK Engineers, LLC.'s fee for this project is $59,825.00. A copy of this agreement is attached for your review.
RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the attached "Agreement for Services" with ARKK Engineers, LLC., on behalf of the City Commission for the engineering and construction phase services of the Fire Station # 4 and Police Substation Project for the total sum of $59,825.00.
