Approve and award Bid # 2022-018 Pre-Event Disaster Debris Management, Monitoring & related Services.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
On May 27, 2022, and June 3, 2022, the Notice to Bidders was published in the Galveston Daily Newspaper, and bid packets were sent out to vendors. Bids were opened on June 17 at 2:30pm. A total of three (2) companies submitted proposals; Thompson Consulting Services and TLC Engineering.

RECOMMENDATION
After reviewing and scoring the submitted proposals it is the recommendation of Joe Tumbleson, Emergency Manager and the committee to award contract to a primary company as well as a secondary company as backup. It has been recommended that Thompson Consulting Services be the Primary and TLC Engineering be the backup.
