ACTION REQUEST
Approve and award a contract for Bid # 2022-027 Vegetation Management Chemicals Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
On September 6th and 13th, 2022, a Notice To Bidders was published in the local newspaper and bid packets were made available to local area vendors. Bids were opened on September 22, 2022, at 10:00 AM. The lowest responsible bidder to bid all items listed was Nutrien Ag Solutions.

RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award Bid # 2022-027 Vegetation Management Chemicals Annual Contract to Nutrien Ag Solutions for the Unit prices bid, and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
